Here at Lillian’s, we have a "Love it or return it" policy. If you don't love it, simply return it for a full refund. Delivery and returns are totally FREE! ❤ 

UK orders: Return within 14 days.

HOW TO RETURN: -

Go to menu - Return - Complete the request. If you do not have access to a printer copy the information from the form onto a blank piece of paper.

Pack your items - Package any unwanted items in the original packaging.
Add the return form inside the package.

Ensure you add sender details on the outer package to prevent the package getting lost in the post.

Add the returns address label to the outer packaging.
